Start with the trial
Download Brunvo for Mac, install it in Applications, and open it. Sign in to start your 14-day trial. No card is needed. Creating an account on the website does not start the trial. If you subscribe during the trial, the remaining time carries over before the first charge.
When full access ends
Limited mode keeps running sessions alive. You can type, scroll, copy, search, close work, and export it; viewers, Settings, and your account stay available.
New sessions, tabs, splits, desks, worktrees, agent resume, forks and moves, desk import, snapshot restores, the Manager, automated input, Work Hub, issues, hours, Connections, setup import, and extensions pause. Restoring interrupted sessions after a restart waits until access returns; the saved records stay. Updates remain available regardless of membership.
Macs and swaps
One membership covers up to three Macs at once. Rename or deactivate a Mac from your account. Deactivating frees its slot for another Mac; up to three swaps in a rolling 30 days are included. Signing out alone does not free a slot. If you hit the limit, contact support@brunvo.com.
Offline use
After a successful check-in, Brunvo can work offline for up to 14 days, within your trial or membership's access period. It checks in at launch, on wake, and when the network returns. If the offline window ends, limited mode keeps existing sessions available; go online and refresh your membership from the profile menu. AI providers and connected services may still need the internet.
Canceling
Open Plans and billing, then Manage membership to open Stripe. Canceling stops the next renewal; full access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a membership.
Refunds
Your first charge can be refunded in full within 14 days. Write to support@brunvo.com from the email address on your Brunvo account. The refund policy explains renewals and any additional rights that apply to you.
