Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Effective date: 20 October 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to Brunvo memberships. Brunvo is made by Schedule Key LLC, doing business as Brunvo, and sold through Link, Stripe's reseller, which is the seller of record for your payment.

Price and trial

  • US$19.99 per month, or US$199.99 per year, plus any taxes that apply. Checkout may show the price in your local currency.
  • Every new account gets one free 14-day trial, starting the first time you open Brunvo on your Mac and sign in, not when you make your account. The trial needs no payment card and never turns into a paid subscription by itself. One trial per account and per email address (variants of one address, such as name+tag@, count as the same address); each Mac can start trials for two accounts. If you subscribe on the website before trying Brunvo, your membership starts right away, without a trial.
  • If you subscribe during your trial, the days you have left carry over and your first charge is when the trial would have ended. Stripe needs a carried-over trial to run at least 48 hours, so with less than that left, your first charge is 49 hours after you subscribe; you never lose trial days. The renewal terms beside the checkout button state the date, for example: "Brunvo membership renews automatically at $19.99 (US dollars) every month until you cancel. Your first charge is on ‹date›, when your trial ends, and then every month on that date; any tax is shown before you pay." Without a trial to carry over, they say "Your first charge is today".

Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. Before you subscribe, checkout shows the price, the billing period, the date of the first charge, that it renews until canceled, how to cancel, and the 14-day refund, and asks you to tick "I agree that Brunvo membership renews automatically until I cancel." We keep a record of that agreement and of the exact words you saw.

You will get:

  • a reminder from Link before an annual membership renews;
  • notice at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, with time to cancel first; and
  • a receipt for every charge, from Link.

Cancelling

  • Cancel any time at brunvo.com/account, in a few clicks and without contacting us. You can also cancel at link.com, where your payment is managed.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for; then the App enters limited mode, which never stops your running sessions.
  • Deleting your account also cancels your subscription.

Refunds

  • Your first charge is refundable in full within 14 days, no questions asked. Email support@brunvo.com from the email address on the account.
  • After 14 days, charges are not refundable except where the law requires a refund, or where we decide to make an exception.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. A full refund cancels the subscription at once, so it never renews, and the App enters limited mode.
  • If a refund fails or is reversed after it was issued, your membership stays ended, and we contact you to make it right.
  • Separately, Link, as seller of record, may refund a charge within 60 days of purchase under Stripe Managed Payments' own rules, for example when a support request it passes to us goes unanswered.

When a subscription is canceled for you

  • A full refund, a payment dispute (when it is opened, or if it is decided against you), or an early fraud warning from your card issuer cancels the subscription at once and ends paid access; the App enters limited mode. After an early fraud warning we also refund the charge.
  • A duplicate subscription, if you end up paying twice by mistake, is canceled at once and its charge refunded.
  • A complimentary membership given to a paying member that lasts at least until the end of their current billing period stops their paid subscription at the end of that period, with no further charge. They can renew from their account afterwards.

Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA, and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your membership within 14 days of the contract, without giving a reason.

  • You keep this right even though the membership starts at once, and we make no deduction for the days you used it.
  • To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to support@brunvo.com, ideally from the email address on the account. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. Cancelling the renewal at brunvo.com/account or link.com stops future charges but is not by itself a withdrawal.
  • We will refund every payment for the membership, in full, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to your original payment method, and the membership then ends.

Model withdrawal form. To: Schedule Key LLC, doing business as Brunvo, 8695 Hillbolt Rd, Cat Spring, TX 78933, United States, support@brunvo.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Brunvo membership. Ordered on: ‹date›. Name: ‹name›. Email address on the account: ‹email›. Date: ‹date›.

Payment problems

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for up to two weeks and we keep your membership active while it does. If every retry fails, the membership ends and the App enters limited mode until you pay or resubscribe.
