End User License Agreement

Effective date: 20 October 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Schedule Key LLC, doing business as Brunvo ("Brunvo", "we", "us"), 8695 Hillbolt Rd, Cat Spring, TX 78933, United States. It covers the Brunvo app for Mac, its background service, its command-line tool, its updates, and its documentation (the "App"). It works together with the Terms of Service, which cover your account and subscription. Where the two conflict about the App itself, this EULA wins.

You accept this EULA when you install, sign in to, or use the App.

1. License

While you have an active trial or membership, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on up to 3 Macs that you own or control, for your own work or your organization's internal work, under the account the membership belongs to. The device limit and swap rules are in the Terms of Service.

The App is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted.

2. What you may not do

Except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction, you may not:

  • copy, distribute, sell, rent, lend, sublicense, or share the App or your account with others;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or try to derive its source code;
  • remove, bypass, or interfere with license checks, device limits, update signatures, or other technical protections;
  • modify the App or make derivative works of it;
  • use the App to build a competing product by copying its features or interface; or
  • remove copyright, trademark, or other notices.

3. Limited mode, not a lock-out

If your trial or membership ends, the App does not stop your running terminal sessions. It enters limited mode: you can keep typing into running sessions, read and copy their output, save and export your work, and close what you no longer need. Starting new work, the Manager, automation, and connected services pause until access returns. Section 4 of the Terms of Service has the details.

4. Third-party tools and open-source components

  • The App launches command-line tools that you install yourself, such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and Grok CLIs. They are not part of the App and are governed by their makers' own terms. You are responsible for following those terms. Brunvo is not affiliated with their makers.
  • The App includes open-source components under their own licenses. Their notices are in the App under Help ▸ Acknowledgements. Nothing in this EULA limits your rights under those licenses.

5. Updates

The App checks for updates through its built-in updater, and you can choose a beta channel in its settings. Updates are signed; the App installs only updates signed with our key. Updates are covered by this EULA unless they come with different terms.

6. Privacy

The App sends only what the Privacy Policy lists. Your terminal content, prompts, files, provider credentials, and GitHub tokens never leave your Mac. Product analytics have a visible switch in onboarding and in Settings; they start on, except on Macs set to a region in Europe (the EU, the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland) or whose region cannot be read, where they start off. Crash reports are sent only if you agree.

7. If Brunvo ends

If we stop offering the service the App relies on, every member with an active paid membership at that time will receive a final license for the last released version of the App that does not expire and needs no check-in.

8. Termination

This license ends when your trial or membership ends without renewal, when you delete your account, or if you breach this EULA. When it ends you must stop using the App, except as limited mode allows for finishing and exporting your work, and as section 7 provides.

9. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". The disclaimers and limits in sections 13 and 14 of the Terms of Service apply to the App. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Export

You may not export or use the App in violation of US export laws or sanctions.

11. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the same law, and disputes go to the same courts, as the Terms of Service (section 16).
