Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date:
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Brunvo runs on your Mac and your work stays there, so most of this is about our servers, your account, and the tools you run through the App.
You may not use Brunvo or brunvo.com to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- break the terms of an AI provider or other service whose tool you run through Brunvo, including any limits they set on automated use;
- share an account or membership, resell access, or get around device limits, trial limits, license checks, or limited mode;
- attack, probe, overload, or disrupt our servers, brunvo.com, or the services we rely on, or access them by automated means other than the App;
- reverse engineer the App or our servers except where the law expressly allows it;
- send spam or abuse through our sign-in or waitlist forms; or
- use the Service in a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions, or anywhere US export laws or sanctions prohibit it, or if you are on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties (such as the Specially Designated Nationals list).
If you break this policy, we may warn you, pause the affected feature, or suspend or close your account, as section 11 of the Terms of Service describes. Your running sessions on your Mac are never stopped.
